“I will go to join Neumi’s (Nanuku) club in France as I have signed a two- year contract,” he said
Narukutabua who made his debut in Hong Kong last year has made six appearances for the national side. Narukutabua was ruled out this year in the IRB 2008/09 series from the Wellington leg after sustaining an injury from the George Sevens last year.
“I’ve recovered and ready to play for my new club,” Narukutabua said.
The contract signed with Dax rugby club will be the first for the Nayawa native, whose uncle is former steelman, Aminiasi Naituyaga.

The 27 year old Nadroga centre has also featured for the Fiji Warriors team where they played against Ratu Nasiganiyavi’s Junior Waratahs side last year.
Narukutabua was at fullback in that match at Churchill Park in Lautoka.
He said the deal with Dax is another stepping stone to his rugby career as he also aims to don the white jumper in the 2011 Rugby World Cup.
“I know this will help me improve my rugby as I expect to learn many new things from it.”
“Although I will be paid for this, my heart will always be for Fiji and I will always be ready to heed the nation’s call.”
Dax RFC plays in the Top 14 competition in France alongside Seremaia Bai and Napolioni Nalaga’s Clermont side.
The T14 would be joined this season with Sireli Bobo’s Pro D2 and Saula Radidi’s Albi club.
