Whenever Devi Singh goes to town she would drop by a Tattslotto agency in the city and buy a two-dollar scratch ticket.

The dream of winning a scratch-n-win lottery came true last Friday when Mrs Singh scratched one of the four $30,000 ‘Fiji Only Glittering Rainbow’ ticket.

The 47-year-old of Nadera said she had two children living in the United States.

“I used to buy a $2 scratch ticket every time I come to town but last Friday I bought a $1 ticket. This came as a surprise but I am thankful,” Mrs Singh said.

She said they have not decided what to do with the money.

“At the moment we are okay and we have not really planned what to do with the money. After this then we can do our planning so that we can make sure that this money is used wisely,“ she said.

Fiji Tattslotto executive director, Graeme Brown, said: “There are three more $30,000 major prize tickets to be won and you could be the winner come next week.”

The mega draw of AUS$50 million (FJ$85 million) will also be next Thursday.
