Korean Students Get Busy Cleaning

For love and care a group of Korean students staged another voluntary service for the Loloma Home Centre in Sabeto, Nadi last Saturday.
Edupia Fiji Limited, an educational centre for the students in Nadi, has never stepped back in participating and providing charity.
Hence, the students mentioned ‘special’ to demonstrate their feelings after the work done.
“Though the jobs and the way there was very harsh, at last when we had to get on the van to go back, it was very moving to me looking at the kids, and the people,” said Youngsil Cho, the current Year 12 student attending Maharishi Sanatan College.
“Because it is allocated from the frequented area, people do not usually look forward in helping them, but the area such as orphanage, old people’s home or others which can be seen, so I felt very special in helping these people. I hope more volunteers, donors, and social welfare also care and contribute to far-off areas.”
The students cleaned up the compound and also gave away some of their used clothes, bags, shoes and toys.
Home director Laite Kubunadakai and residents thanked the students for their heart warning service.
