What happened: The Marika Rodu-coached Rewa side recorded their second win in the 2015 Vodafone Fiji FACT at Prince Charles Park in Nadi yesterday.

The Delta Tigers drew first blood in the 40th minute through Savenaca Nakalevu.

Halftime: Rewa 1– 0 Tailevu/ Naitasiri.

In the 57th minute Jone Kaloutani scored the Tigers’ second goal.

Big play: Midfielder Amani Makoe worked tirelessly for Rewa.

Star turn: Savenaca Nakalevu continues to be the key player for the Delta Tigers.


Rewa captain Ulaiasi Tamanisau: “The team came out for win and needed to score three goals. But we are happy that we are in the semifinal.”

T/Naitasiri coach Tagi Vonolagi said: “The boys played well under this condition but unfortunately we did not manage to score which was our downfall in previous games. We are building this team for the national league.”
