I think we need to educate people better. Prescribed Medicines are not always good,herbal medicines(NOT home grown) which can replaces them always.People might say whats wrong eating fried potatoe chips or a dough nut or a slice of cheese, white bread everyday. Therefore if there are heart patients out there & consuming the above mentioned food then they are consuming food which can act as fuel to heart and other related diseases they are full of Trans/saturated fats, high in cholesterol.
Until I was in Fiji I never knew what good looking food can do to you. Bottom line is that we need to advice people and make them aware of what they need to eat and observe carefully what they put down their mouth. Please refer to
