Nope, not every Fijian residing overseas is on a black list. Not by a long, long way.

Only a very small few who have chosen to be citizens of other countries and yet still try to cause trouble here.

Yet some silly people are now using this “black list” excuse to try to justify why they do not “dare” come to Fiji.

They are falsely claiming that they are on a “black list” and stopped from entering Fiji. Sigh.

Some people are making Peter Foster seem like a saint.

Yes Mick, we know

Dear Old Mick is trying so hard to remain relevant. For a person who claims not to read this paper, he is very aware of how much space we give to which issues.

Dear Old Mick also needs to read the Fiji Sun to keep close tabs on the SODELPA management board. After all, his own Opposition Office role is now very much under scrutiny.

Plenty talk, little result

And while we’re on the news media. What is happening with Republika, the little published magazine so big with a certain anti lot down south?

The magazine seems to have gone into hibernation. Maybe it’s the winter. Republika’s presence limps along on Facebook with news often cut and pasted from other sources, including the mainstream media. Which is strange.

Whatever happened to all those bold promises of change along with attacks on the “mainstream print media” by wannabe publisher Ricardo Morris?

Action speaks louder than words, Ricardo.
