What you like about your Job: The feeling of satisfaction when guests love the food you prepare. This gives me fulfilment that I helped make somebody’s holiday memorable.

Also learning from our expatriate chefs and the new cooking methods they bring with them. We infuse it with our own ingredients to make dishes that’s our guests enjoy.
