The South Korean bio-mass electricity investment company, GIMCO Korea Ltd, together with its subsidiary companies and representatives from both in Republic of Korea and Fiji has contributed a total of $50,000 to the Fijian Government.

This is in its efforts for disaster relief assistance to Fijians affected by the tropical Cyclone Winston.

The parent company GIMCO Korea Ltd contributed $10,000. And its subsidiary companies ELETECH Ltd and Nabou Green Energy Ltd contributing $10,000 each.

In addition to this the chairman of GIMCO Korea Ltd, Sang Sun Lee also made a personal donation of $10,000 together with chief executive officer of ELECTEC, Cheol-Min Kim and chief executive officer of Nabou Green Energy Ltd, Jun-Hyung Lee contributing $5000 each.

Whilst making the donation to the Fiji Embassy in Seoul, chairman, Mr. Lee of GIMCO Korea Ltd informed that he was deeply saddened to hear the sad news from Fiji and fervently wished that the people of Fiji overcome the aftermath of destruction caused by tropical Cyclone Winston and become closer and stronger as a nation.

GIMCO Korea Ltd established its investment in Fiji in 2013.
