Man, 40: My Migraine Cured
A 40-year-old Caubati resident in Nasinu claimed yesterday that he got healed from a migraine headache that had been afflicting him for six years. He said it came after a shower in the waters in Tailevu North.
Arvind Chand, is among thousands who visited Natadravedrave in Dawasamu, Tailevu, said he was relieved of the throbbing headache which was affecting one side of his head.
Health Authorities have said they are getting tests on the water before commenting on the claims of people about the water’s powers.
“I had migraine for the past six years and had to carry my tablets to relieve the pain,” Mr Chand said.
“I had visited many doctors. Also had computeried tomography (CT) scan and x-rays done as well to find out why I had severe headache.
“When I came to know about the healing water, I did not hesitate to go there and get healed,” Mr Chand said.
He said after he showered with the so-called healing water, he was relieved of the pain.
Mr Chand said when he reached the village, he saw a huge crowd gathered to line up for the water.
“I had waited for five hours to shower with the healing water but to me, it was worth the wait,” Mr Chand said.
“Now I do not need my medicine or visit the doctors to get the pain relieved.
“I feel much better and now I can sit with my family and have a good time as before I just used to rest to get rid of the headache.
“Healing water has helped me and many others to get better and cured us.”
The number of people going to Natadravedrave, keeps growing. Some go very early in the morning and don’t get a touch of the so-called ‘healing water’ until later in the afternoon. Those who cannot endure the long wait return home..
