Fiji Airways Flies With Class
National airline, Fiji Airways, is set to open its much-anticipated Nadi International Airport new Tabua Lounge in the middle of this year.
It marks the continuing growth of customer care and service by the region’s top airline.
Shaenaz Voss, the executive general manager government and corporate affairs and Fiji Link, said Fiji Airways had completed the concept and design of its new Business Class lounge.
“The new 200 capacity lounge will be located in the departure terminal of the newly modernised-Nadi International Airport,” Mrs Voss said.
“It is part of our commitment to enhancing our products for a better customer experience.”
Entry into the lounge, she said, was for all Fiji Airways business class passengers, Tabua Club members, as well as pay-to-use for other passengers.
On the features of the Tabua Lounge, Mrs Voss added: “It is 50 per cent larger in area than the previous lounge and will feature all the comforts one can expect from a world-class airport lounge, including different seating styles to cater for various passenger needs (groups and families, quiet zone, single seating) charge stations, a day spa, business centre, children’s area, a separate bar and dining area.
“Topping all these features will of course be the inimitable Fijian hospitality you can expect from Fiji Airways.”
Mrs Voss said, this was a major investment by the airline and one that would make their customers experience flying with them more pleasant and comfortable.
