The stage is set for Saturday’s Fiji Secondary Schools rugby league finals at Ratu Cakobau Park, Nausori. The Nasinu Secondary School Under-17 side had their preparations boosted after Vodafone Fiji presented their t-shirts during training yesterday.

Coach Mosese Rova said they have prepared well for the U17 final against Lelean Memorial School.

“Lelean is a strong team, very physical but we are ready for them in the final,” he said.

“Nasinu is carrying the hopes of the Southern zone. We are calling on all Nasinu supporters to come out in numbers and get behind the boys.”

Meanwhile, U19 finalists, Lelean Memorial School’s coach Fabiano Siriako is confident that they will do well despite the fact that it will not be an easy game.

“We take each game one at a time. I know the boys will be ready to take on whatever challenges that are ahead of them.

“We never underestimate any team we face because we know that they have prepared just as hard as us.”

FSSRL official Biu Colati said the primary schools finals would be played in the morning before the U15 final starts at 1pm.
