Let the Games begin

Samuela Kailawadoko,

Nadi

The Crusaders vs Chiefs game will be a feast of running rugby and a big occasion for the Fijian fans.

There should be some magnificent dresses to be seen everywhere. Truly it should be a gala for everyone.

The game itself should  prove to be one of the most thrilling and interesting contest to be played at the ANZ Stadium, with plenty of good scoring.

No one can safely foretell what the result will be.

The fans will again witness a succession of great names gracing the ANZ Stadium turf.

I am sure the Chiefs supporters will be clustered on the steps of the Stadium and will entertain the crowd.

I speculate the tight five for the Crusaders will be chiefly responsible for holding up the Chiefs attack, and it is safe to say that if they continue to play as a team, like they did in their previous weekly encounters, they should have another successive victory.

There should be good-humour enthusiasm prevail throughout the whole afternoon.

Defective streetlights

Wise Muavono,

Lautoka

“Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil,

for you are with me.”

I often repeat the above phrase before going on a mission in Middle-East. Now I’m saying it during my early morning walks because the road is in darkness due to defective streetlights.
