Mulomulo Boxing Club’s Ronald Naidu came back in style to beat Franco Fraser on points in their six-round fight at Prince Charles Park, Nadi last night.

In another fight Johnny ‘The Machine Gun’ Singh stopped Saimoni Ratu in the first round. Singh came out with all cylinders firing to send Ratu to the canvas four times before the referee stepped in.

In a heated affair Ratu fought back to floor Singh but was not able to finish him.

“I had prepared well for this fight and this showed in the way I fought.” Nereo Cakautini was disqualified in his fight against Matthew Michael. Fiji featherweight champion Krishna Mudaliar scored a first round knockout win over Shameer Ali.
