The John McKee coached- Vodafone Flying Fijian side will not rest on their laurels against Tonga in the Pacific Nations Cup clash in Nuku’alofa on Saturday.

“The winner takes it’s all,” he said.

“We are going there to do a job and finish as Oceania’s number one no matter what happens in Apia. There is always pressure around to qualify for the Rugby World Cup and it is never an easy task to be on top of our game.”

McKee has emphasised to the players that the win over Scotland and Italy were great but not as important as this one.

“We can pat ourselves on the back for doing well on those games. It does mean nothing if we don’t win against Tonga.

“We have to go to Tonga and absolutely impose our game on the opposition. It’s good to focus on our game plan and an opportunity to train in Nadi before we travel.”

He said the team have intensified their game to be on top of the opposition.

“I’ve total confidence that these players can do the job for us.” The Flying Fijians leave for Tonga today.
