Ro Alifereti Doviverata coached- Rewa side will be in for a tough time against Navosa in the Vodafone Vanua Championship final at the ANZ Stadium, Suva on Friday.

Speaking to SUNsports yesterday, Ro Dovi said the side have stepped-up their preparations but they are grateful to have qualified for next year’s Skipper Cup competition.

“Our preparations are coming up well and we have started with our weight check on Monday before we march into camp,” he said.

“I’m grateful to the players for their effort last week in trying to achieve our goal by qualifying for the 2018 Skipper Cup competition. For the final match, there will be a few changes in the side, especially on positional changes as we’re aware that Navosa have been unbeaten so far in the competition. They also have a different style of playing which is quiet similar to Nadroga.

“Navosa has been undefeated throughout the season and we’re expecting them to come out very strong.
