Fiji Television Limited has secured two events live and exclusive for the month of July, 2017. This is the British Open Championship and Fiji vs Samoa Pacific Nations Cup (PNC) match.

The 2017 Open Championship is the oldest of the four major championships in professional golf. The current champion is Henrik Stenson, who won the 145th Open at Royal Troon in 2016 with a record-breaking score of -20.

This will be the 146th Open Championship from July 20 to 23 at Royal Birkdale Golf Club in Southport, England.

Meanwhile, the live coverage of Fiji vs Samoa will start at 1pm today.

Fiji qualified for the 2019 Rugby World Cup after beating Tonga 14-10 in Nuku’alofa last Saturday.

The Vodafone Flying Fijians are in Samoa this week to play against the Manu Samoa. This is the final game of the tournament where the second Oceania spot will be decided.

The second-placed side will join England, France, Argentina and the United States in Pool C.

The third-placed team then faces a playoff against a European side, with the losing team entering the repechage tournament.
