Crew on board Royal New Zealand Navy vessel HMNZS Hawea joined the Republic of Fiji Navy yesterday to clean-up Samabula and Nausori Health Centre yesterday.

Fiji Navy is marking their 42nd anniversary this week.

Warrant Officer Class 2, Kafoa Moto said the Nausori and Samabula Health Centres were part of their community work to mark the special day.

“We decided to do some community work to give back something to the community,” Navy WO II Moto said.

“During this week we would also like to honour all our officers and hardworking team.

There were 15 officers at the Samabula Health Centre and 30 officers at the Nausori Health Centre including the NZ navy.
