It will be an exciting Coke Zero Deans, under-19 final for Lelean Memorial School when they take on Ratu Kadavulevu School at the ANZ Stadium this Saturday.

The Davuilevu boys thrashed Ba Provincial Freebird Institute 23-5 during the semifinal clash last week and hope to maintain their winning performance.

Former Flying Fijian ace goal kicker and under-19 coach Seremaia Bai said they were working on the areas that needs to be rectified before the final.

“Preparations are going on well and I am trying to make it easy for the players in terms of the training loads.

“We are expecting a tough game against RKS as they are one of the best teams in the competition throughout the season.

“I am trying to work on the right game structure for the boys and make sure they play at the right area in the game field.

“We are fortunate not to experience any injuries after the semis last week and at the moment I am finding it difficult to select the best side for the final this week.

“However, looking at the boys performance last week we will need to work on our defence, dominate possession and also decision making when hitting the rucks.

“It has been a very impressive season of rugby for the Fiji Secondary Schools Rugby union as I got to witness a lot of young talents.

“I would like to congratulate all the teams that have qualified into the final this week and wish them the very best.”

Meanwhile, LMS under-16 and 17 teams will meet RKS again in the three finals.
