The 4R Electrical ‘Men in Black’ scored four goals in the thrashing of Rewa in the Vodafone Premier League match at Govind Park yesterday.

Malakai Tiwa scored three goals for his team while Sitiveni Cavuilagi scored one goal.

What Happened:

It was a fast paced game as both the teams tried their best to score first.

Dangerous play by Rewa players resulted in a penalty which was scored by Tiwa for Ba to lead 1-0 at halftime.

Rewa played more of a defensive game and start striker Iosefo Verevou was red carded for dangerous play leaving Rewa with only 10 players the field.

Ba took advantage of the shortfall and in the 52nd minute with  Tiwa scoring a double before Sitiveni Cavuilagi extended the lead.

In the 86th minute, Tiwa scored the final goal.

Fulltime: Ba 4- 0 Rewa

Ba team manager Arvind Singh;

Rewa team manager Lawrence Nath;

“Red card proved costly for us.”
