The Vodafone Fijian football team is all set for the Indonesia tour.

Despite facing some challenges during the preparation phase, the team was all geared up as they left on Tuesday.

Speaking at the Nadi International Airport,  Vodafone Fijian football head coach Christophe Gamel was adamant his young brigade  will deliver.

“I need to give exposure to my young players and I expect them to display the type of play that I want,”Gamel said.

“I don’t know for how long it will take and whether it will be easy but the most important thing is that they stay in this state of mind that I want.”

Gamel said despite some challenges, their focus remains on Mission 2026.

“This camp had been really hard as I could not get all the players.

“We want to continue with our project. Indonesia tour is one of the steps for the Mission 2026.”

The team play the Indonesia national team on Saturday before playing Persiga, a top League team in Jakarta.
