Fiji Airways Drua head coach Senirusi Seruvakula has made changes to his starting line-up against the Melbourne Rising tomorrow.

Former national 7s rep Samuela Saqiwa replaces Vasikali Mudu at blindside flanker in the second round of the Australia National Rugby Championship at Harlequins Oval in Melbourne.

“Saqiwa will start No.6. He had a good game when he came on from the bench against Brisbane City. He gave us good options in the lineout,” Seruvakula said.

Suva flanker Peni Raidre will start at No. 8, relegating Sakiusa Nadruku to the bench.

Nadroga first five-eighth Peceli Nacebe, who played fullback and scored two tries last week, start at No.10 pushing Kini Douglas to the bench.

“I have given Nacebe a chance to play his regular role again to prove himself,”Seruvakula said.

“We have seen Melbourne Rising performance on video footages. They are a good team and play similar game like Brisbane City. Their forwards do a lot of work and their backline is fast.

“We need to step up from our performance against Brisbane City and be focussed.”

Second five-eighth Eroni Vasiteri will face Melbourne Rebels centre Sione Tuipulotu.

“It was a good experience for me as a local player playing against Quade Cooper and Samu Kerevi in the first round. Tuipulotu is no difference,”Vasiteri said.

“He is a professional player, plays Super Rugby it will be a good challenge for me and I am up for the challenge. We have prepared well and the boys have learnt from their mistakes,” Vasiteri said.

The Fiji Airways Drua and Melbourne Rising match kicks off at 7pm tomorrow at Harlequins Oval in Melbourne.
