Soasoa and Nasea have quailed for the Super Premier division semifinals in the Vodafone/Bank of Baroda Vanua Levu Muslim Inter-District Championship at Subrail Park in Labasa tomorrow.

And Bua, with nine points, has also qualified for the semifinal in the Premier division.

Vanua Levu Muslim Tournament president Aiyub Khan said Soasoa has 12 points and they have one remaining pool match against Nabekavu.

“Since Nabekavu has pulled out from the tournament Soasoa will win by default and get two points,” Khan said.

“Soasoa and Nasea, with 10 points, have qualified for semifinals on Saturday.”

Twelve teams are competing in super premier division and they were Batinikama, Seaqaqa, Wailevu, Savusavu, Korowiri, Nasea, Tabia, Vunimoli, Soasoa, Solove, Valebasoga and Nabekavu.

There are 13 teams competing in the premier division and they are Wailevu, Tabia, Dreketi, Seaqaqa, Batinikama, Valebasoga, Nasea, Tadravula, Vunimoli, Taveuni, Bua, Nadogo and Bulileka.

The 2016 super premier division champion winner is Batinikama and Wailevu for the premier division.

The 10-day tournament ends on Sunday.

Results: Tradravula 0-0 Bulileka, Wailevu 1-3 Korowiri, Tabia 0-1 Batinikama, Seaqaqa 1-1 Valebasoga, Tabia 1-0 Vunimoli, Savusavu 0-1 Nasea.

5.30pm Taveuni-Nadogo; 6.25 Dreketi-Batinikama; 7.10 Vunimoli-Valebasoga; 8 Wailevu- Nasea;

8.45 Tabia-Salove;

9.45 Seaqaqa-Nasea.
