In a bid to better serve their customers, Total Fiji Limited will be launching their service desk soon.

This is to aid customer issues, technical questions or to know about their products, and for all customer queries.

Total Fiji managing director Martin McCarthy said: “There will be responses by email and calls. Deadlines will be set to respond to queries and provide follow ups that customers will ask for. Orders will be taken from customers as well.”

The senior staff members of Total Fiji Limited stepped out of their offices to serve customers at their stations as pump attendants on Wednesday. It was an opportunity to discuss ways of improving their workforce with the aim to achieve customer satisfaction.

Meanwhile, this is part of their celebration for Total customer week. Mr McCarthy said that it is one of those days that employees always look forward to.

“We dress them up as pump attendants and we send them out to the service stations. It’s the day of service. They actually fuel the cars and clean the windscreens with other services that we provide to our customers.”

Mr McCarthy said that the activity would help their senior staff members understand what it is to serve the customers and what it means to be a part of the service industry.

“We are going out and meeting our customers, taking out time to understand what they expect from us,” he said.
