It was all glitz and glam for people from all walks of life celebrating Diwali.

Diwali may be the only festival which allows you to go bright and blingy at the same time.

For some companies like Carpenters Finance, Courts and Tanoa Plaza it was all about serving their customers in the spirit of Diwali.

In a statement Carpenters Finance said: “Management and staff turned up to work in a variety of Diwali style and fashion.

“This celebration has always been a yearly planned occasion for all our different branches and divisions.

“This year was special as the company had given prizes to staff for best attire and the best office decoration.

“Carpenters Finance wishes all customers a ‘Happy Diwali’.”

Diwali at Tanoa Plaza

Tanoa Plaza general manager Mere Rakoroi said: “At Tanoa we also wanted the in-house guests to celebrate this special occasion with us.

“This year we have made it more personalised where each of our guests on the eve of Diwali receiving a box of sweets and a personalised card from our Group managing director Yanktesh Permal (YP) Reddy.

“This is to let them know that even though they are not celebrating with their family they are never away from home. We are celebrating this moment with them.”

Courts lived up to the festival of lights colours as both men and women glammed up for the occasion.
