The Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC) has lodged an Appeal with the High Court of Suva against the Judgment of the Chief Magistrate Mr Usaia Ratuvili acquitting the Parliamentarian, Dr. Mahendra Reddy, of one count of Bribery and one count of Undue Influence.
FICAC has appealed on 8 grounds of appeal and now awaits the notice from the High Court for the matter to be heard.
