Graduates with honours from the South Pacific Bible College

Three years ago, Ratu Isoa Vuniivi Tevita Latianara, had to drop out of Bible teaching courses because he had become ill.

In that time, he prayed and banked on the Word of God for healing so that he could continue His work.

On Wednesday the 59-year-old’s prayers were answered after he graduated with honours from the South Pacific Bible College. The ceremony was held at Calvary Temple in Suva.

“When I fell sick I did not know what to do. I just kept praying to God to help me so I could go back to the college and finish my studies,” the man from Sorokoba village in Ba said.

“I decided to keep pushing myself even though I was sick and I kept asking God to help me and He did.

“I am thankful to God and I dedicate my certificate of achievement to Him that because of Him, I am standing today after completing the course. I am very thankful to Reverend Tim from Jesus Power Church in Nasinu who had sponsored the college admissions.”

Ratu Isoa said everything was within his reach because of God.

“I will encourage everyone to join the Bible College because you get to learn something new every day and in the name of God, you are blessed,” Ratu Isoa said.
