The board of directors has requested the suspension of FijiCare Insurance Limited (FIL) shares.
This is due to the recent activity in FijiCare Insurance Limited (FIL) shares and following the previous announcement of potential bid for the controlling shares by Mount Sophia Ventures (Fiji) Limited (MSV).
The suspension is effective immediately until such time the board sees appropriate and will make a further announcement regarding the suspension.
