Lieutenant-Colonel Luveni reminded all military personnel to start with voter registration.

All military personnel have been advised to render their full support this year as Fiji prepares for the 2018 General Election.

This was a reminder from Republic of the Fiji Military Forces director peacekeeping and adviser to the Commander, Lieutenant-Colonel Pacolo Luveni while speaking to the 28 military personnel who arrived in the county yesterday after serving one year tour of duty in Sinai.

“Your work doesn’t end here because you all know that this year will be one of the toughest years as the nation prepares for the general election. This will be a long hard year for us, this election year,”Lieutenant-Colonel Luveni said.

“For all Regular Forces be reminded take some time off with family as much as you can before you all resume work because it will be a long year, go take your rest and come back to task.”

Lieutenant-Colonel Luveni reminded all military personnel to start with voter registration.

He also called on Territorial Forces personnel to continue supporting RFMF because this year is elections year.

“Go home, move in quietly, you might see the dynamics of your home have changed, spend some quality time with loved ones,” Lieutenant-Colonel Luveni said.
