The capital city women’s side will field their best 15 as they take on the Malolo in the final of the Skipper Cup Premiership final at the ANZ Stadium on Saturday

Coach Elenoa Kunatuba said the side will implement new tactics in the final.

“We need to play an effective game plan to contain Malolo and we could implement new tact,” she said.

Kunatuba added they will not take Malolo lightly even though they beat them in pool play.

“We won on first round against Malolo but this time Malolo has been performing well and we need to be on our best form.

“Malolo is the hot favourite as they have been performing consistently.

“We had a slow start in last match that allowed Nadi to score a try.  We need to settle down early as Malolo players are fast and physical,”

“This is a massive achievement for  Suva and Malolo women to play in the final. Next year women’s competition will be better and exciting.

“We hope the Fiji Rugby Union continues to involve women in 2019 comp.”
