The premier event for the finance fraternity will be opened by the Attorney-General and Minister for Economy Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum.

There will be top compelling and fascinating international business coaches who will motivate and inspire the movers and shakers present at the Congress.

The two-day congress that ends on Friday will also include a talk by legendary former New Zealand rugby sevens champion coach Sir Gordon Tietjens.

CPA vice president Nouzab Fareed said the preparation for this annual Congress couldn’t have been made possible if it was not for the hard work of the CPA team in Fiji lead by president Uday Sen.

Mr Fareed said the support of the council members, the resort, speakers, participants helped a lot with the preparation and other logistics.

“There will be around 20 participants also inducted as CPA members at the Congress.

“It’s probably the largest CPA Congress with 600 pax/participants.”

He highlighted one of the topics that they would be looking forward to discuss and focus on is “the future – where we going and what we need to upskill”.

The theme of the congress is “Connecting the biggest minds.”

  • The major sponsors of the Congress are Westpac Banking Corporation and Vodafone Fiji.
  • The silver sponsor is Asco Motors.
