Nanuku Auberge’s Unprecedented Nanny Benefits
Nanuka Aunerge Resort has taken nanny services to a new level with a buddy (or tokani in ITaukei) being provided for children upto 14-years-old.

Nanuku Auberge Resort has taken nanny services to a new level with a ‘buddy’ (or tokani in Fijian) being provided for children up to 14 years old.

Most resorts and hotels around the country provide nannies for babies and toddlers so for Fiji this is a first for older children.

With that, a luxury, family holiday was now even easier at Nanuku Auberge Resort at Pacific Harbour, with the launch of Nanuku’s new babysitting, accommodation and dining benefits.

The new benefits are:

  • Every child under six will be allocated a dedicated Nanny for the entire duration of their stay; newborns included.
  • Children six-14 years will be allocated a Nanny or Buddy (iTokani in Fijian) per family during their stay (extended from 12 years old).
  • Children 0-eight years stay, play and eat for free (extended from six years old).
  • Children nine-14 years pay only 50 per cent of the normal children’s meal plans (extended from 12 years old). “Our vision is to ensure families are completely supported at Nanuku,” General Manager Sascha Hemmann said.

“That is to savour precious time together and also treat exhausted parents to well-earned rest and relaxation”.

“We understand the vital importance of unplugging families from the daily grind and to immerse them in ‘nature’s playground’.

“To help them re-discover mother nature and enjoy the way previous generations grew up; outdoors, uninhibited and free – this is the spirit of Fiji and Nanuku.” Mr Hemmann said.
