Duo Set To Lead Jasper Primary

Jasper Primary school head girls Annabel Pillay and Emali Tokoduadua will now be tasked to lead the 121 school prefects of their school.
Annabel said she was aware of the great task ahead of her and her co-head Emali.
“I feel proud to be the head girl of Jasper Primary School, this role comes with a lot of responsibility and hard work so I’m trying my best to make the head teacher and the other teachers proud,” she said.
She was grateful for the opportunity to lead the school and had set her targets as well.
“I’m trying to make Jasper a good school and I’m part of the clean green club, so I hope to beautify the school as well,” she said.
“I want to thank the head teacher for choosing me and also my parents who told me that even though being the head girl is a hard job, I can do it.”
Emali thanked all those who had moulded her to take up her current role and she hoped to make significant changes in the school.
“I want to thank my parents and grandmother for always being there since I was in Year One and the teachers in this school for believing in me to take up this role as the head girl,” she said.
Lauren Wasile and Faith Khan were badged deputy head girls.
