A judicial review matter filed by former Land Transport Authority employee Veronica Malani was heard by the Acting Chief Justice Kamal Kumar at the Suva High Court yesterday.

The judicial review was filed by Ms Malani on the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) decision that there was insufficient credible and reliable evidence to support the criminal charges laid against the Attorney-General Aiayaz Sayed-Khaiyum.

The matter has been adjourned to September 3. The proceedings were held in a closed court to comply with COVID safe protocols.
