Some small businesses produce items that can be equated to factory-perfect standards, a budding entrepreneur has said.

Casting Memory, a Nakasi-based business that moulds images of children’s hands and feet, believe they are one such business.

The business was founded by 29-year old single mother, Sheenal Narayan.

Casting powders are expensive, she said.

“Considering how parents spend money on photo shoots and birthday parties, there is a market for my range of products,” Ms Narayan said.

“At the moment, I’m only doing it for babies who are up to six months old, where a cast costs $50.”

Casting Memory can be contacted through their social media platforms.
