It is all about customer first and keeping up with the demand for Fameeza Fazilat Nisha Ali.

Ms Ali started her business five years ago selling clothes online while working as a sales girl at a retail store.

She was given a carton of clothes to start with and last week she opened her first clothing outlet, Hotline Enterprise at Lot 2, Kings Road, Nakasi, opposite Nasinu Muslim Primary School.

The 36-year-old said when she first started, the main challenge was scammers, especially identifying genuine suppliers.

“After sorting out my suppliers, I ensured not to disappoint my customers and followers online,” Ms Ali said.

“My customers are mainly from all over Fiji, most of them would come home while others were sent via CDP.”

“I decided to make a physical address that is convenient for my customers, thus the opening of this shop,” she said.

Ms Ali said the outlet was an investment of $35,000. The store is open from 9am to 6pm every day.
