Later, I was selected to write columns for two lifestyle magazines before relocating to Fiji in 2012.

In 2013, I joined The Fijian Broadcasting Corporation as a television producer where I worked till 2020.

I was also given the opportunity of co- hosting Gold FM’s breakfast show for eight months currently work as a television producer and also host The Pulse with Andhy Blake that airs Thursday’s from 8pm.

What is the one place in Fiji you would take visitors to?

Fulaga Islands in the Lau archipelago.

This is definitely the most beautiful island in the world that is garnished by clear turquoise water, powdery white sandy beaches, fascinating limestone islands and colorful marine life.

This is the ideal location to experience the untouched and authentic beauty of Fiji.

What is your favourite place for coffee/pie?

I love supporting my family so for me, the coffees from Hot Bread Kitchen including their pumpkin pies is my ‘go to’ – I enjoy it simply when I am not working and the inviting ambience, waft of fresh bread and friendly hospitality of the staff is also the other draw card for me.

What is your favourite backyard spot?

Kiuva Beach, Tailevu.

This historic landmark is a great location to unwind, enjoy the sun, fresh sea breeze and dip into the coolness of the sea that flows in fresh from the direction of Gau Island.
