Imagine sitting on the beach, lapping up the sunset, to the beat of Thai surroundings.
That’s what guests were treated to at the Momi Bay Sunset Series, compliments of Marriott Fiji Momi Bay Resort, when the fourth edition of the resort’s Sunset Series, displayed everything Koh Samui.
New executive chef, Saravanan Subramanian, curated an authentic Thai buffet menu for the evening, combining popular Northern and Southern Thai flavours.
