Prakash’s Judgment Moved To Tomorrow

The Anti-Corruption High Court of Fiji will deliver its judgment tomorrow in the case of former FijiFirst Member of Parliament, Vijendra Prakash for obtaining $33,670.
Prakash is charged by the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC) with one count each of giving false information to a public servant and obtaining financial advantage.
He is alleged to have obtained financial advantages in breach of the Parliamentary Remunerations Act of 2014.
