Villagers Happy To Access Clean, Quality And Safe Drinking Water

Villagers of Wauosi in Namataku District, Navosa are at peace knowing they can now have access to clean, quality and safe drinking water.

This follows the commissioning of their $42,000 water source project last week by the Assistant Minister for Rural and Maritime Development and Disaster Management, Jovesa Vocea.

The commissioning of the Ecological Purification System (EPS) project will benefit more than 170 villagers.

The project was funded under the Ministry’s High Priority Water and Sanitation Programme.
