Defence lawyer in the high seas murder case has been given time to file voir dire grounds, challenging the alleged confessions and admissibility of the accused’s caution interview and audio recording to a journalist.
This is in the case of Tevita Kapawale who faces five counts of murder.
Kapawale appeared before High Court Judge Justice Daniel Goundar at the High Court in Suva yesterday.
