The Office of the Attorney-General is looking into costs it will incur with the setting up a tribunal.
It was indicated that the set up would not be cheap and that the cases of those in question needed to be determined first.
The A-G and Minister for Justice, Siromi Turaga, said the Constitutional Offices Commission (COC) would meet again in the last week of this month to discuss the commission’s infrastructure.
“You got to be practical, you got to look at the cost, the structure,” he said yesterday.
