Mitigation of poor drainage along the Queen Elizabeth Drive was part of the plan before the beginning of the road upgrade project.
This was highlighted by the Chief Executive Officer Kamal Prasad while referring to concerns raised by residents on the recent flooding along the area.
Residents claimed not only are they facing floods because of the road upgrade project but water cuts as well.
