Successful Tsunami Drill Exercise Pleases Ditoka
In an effort to strengthen disaster risk reduction communication and coordination, a live tsunami drill exercise was conducted in Savusavu on Thursday.

In an effort to strengthen disaster risk reduction communication and coordination, a live tsunami drill exercise was conducted in Savusavu on Thursday.
The National Disaster Management Office (NDMO) conducted this in partnership with the Savusavu Market Vendors Association as part of the World Meteorological Day (WMD) celebration.
During the live exercise, more than 50 vendors were evacuated from the market and taken to a safe spot at Natuvu Park in Savusavu.
