The Fiji Police Force will review its recruitment process as it works toward restoring public confidence and trust.
People’s impression of the force as the guardian of national peace, security, and stability has deteriorated because of wrong actions carried out by some young personnel in the past.
The Acting Commissioner, Juki Fong Chew, said the style of leadership and recruitment of the past had an immense effect on this.
