Samoa To Host Pacifc Challenge 2023

The Fijian Warriors are going to Samoa to play in this year’s World Rugby Pacific Challenge.
The competition will be played in Apia from May 3-13 and it’s the first international tournament to be played in Samoa after 13 years. The Pacific Challenge returns for the first time since 2020.
The tournament is contested by the Fijian Warriors, Junior Japan, Tonga A and Manuma Samoa A.
The competition is funded by World Rugby and had been hosted in Fiji for six consecutive years (2015 to 2020)
The tournament will be played across three match days in a round-robin format with each team playing three matches.
