Forgive Us: Corrections Service to Ba Province
Ms Panapasa also sought forgiveness of behalf of incarcerated inmates hailing from the province. She acknowledged the crimes committed by the offenders and extended her plea for forgiveness. She emphasized that each offender has a family, tokatoka, mataqali, yavusa, and province.

The Fiji Corrections Service Acting Commissioner Salote Panapasa had sought forgiveness from the Ba Province on behalf of her officers.
She said these officers are only humans and sometimes they are taken to their limit.
“But we have to work together.”
This was during the Ba Province Yellow Ribbon Symposium at the Girmit Centre in Lautoka
She stressed the importance of collaborative efforts in addressing these challenges.
