Nadi, Suva In Marama U19 Final
Defending ANZ Marama Championship Under-19 champions Nadi will face Suva in the final next week.
This was after Nadi winger Nunia Ravuniceva scored the lone try in their 5-0 win over Yasawa in the semi-final at Prince Charles Park in Nadi today.
The side also has services of lock Talei Uluinakauvadra and Fijiana 7s flyer Meredani Qoro.
Nadi U19 team manager Milika Naulago said they are just a game away from defending the title.
“The girls did play their hearts out, it was a tough game since it was the semi-final” she said.
“We are positive to take it forward and also to rectify our mistakes in the coming days.”
In the other semi-final, Suva beat Namosi 15-10 in extra time, after both teams were locked 10-10 at full-time.
