‘Accurate, Updated Data Entry Important’

The Ministry of Education (MOE) is looking into ways to expand the utilisation of Fiji Education Management Information System (FEMIS).
This was revealed by the Minister for Education Aseri Radrodro to heads of schools from Macuata Province gathered at the Friendly North Inn in Labasa on Thursday night.
“Heads of school are reminded of the importance of accurate and updated data entry,” Mr Radrodro said.
“You must ensure that data must be current, correct and complete.”
He said MOE called back Circular 47 which initially had the standard monitoring and inspection template.
“The ministry is reviewing the standard monitoring and inspection process in schools,” he said.
