King Makers Not Happy With Coalition Decisions

Members of the Social Democratic Liberal Party (SODELPA) management board have expressed their disappointment and dissatisfaction with several decisions made by the Coalition Government.
This sentiment emerged during the management board meeting in Suva on Friday.
Party general secretary Viliame Waka Takayawa, hopes that the coalition committee would promptly convene a meeting to address these concerns.
“We urge the coalition to uphold its promises, as it approached SODELPA to form the Government. However, the treatment we have received thus far has been extremely unfair,” Mr Takayawa said.
“Furthermore, we have not been given any chairmanship positions on any boards. Moving forward, we remain optimistic, and we pray for honesty and a commitment to fulfilling the agreement.
