Written By : Sun Fiji Sportsdesk. Southern Forest Navua’s victory celebration planned for Saturday has been deferred.
Navua FA boss Anil Sharma said the celebration would now be held next weekend.
“I’ve checked with the weather office and unfortunately bad weather will continue over the weekend. I want the whole of Navua, young and old to be part of this so official celebration will start next Thursday.’’
“In-fact what we are organising is a three-day carnival starting next Thursday at the Southern Forest grounds,’’ he said.
Sharma is overwhelmed with the support that the historical win has generated.
“This win is dedicated to the kids of Navua most of whom are the future of Navua soccer team.’’ He said.
